RESEARCH

Oligopaints - bioinformatically designed probes for fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) produced from complex ssDNA libraries.

We have developed a PCR-based strategy for generating FISH probes from complex DNA libraries (see Beliveau et al. 2012). I am continuing to refine our Oligopaints technology, as well as working to develop new oligo-based tools for the study of nuclear biology.
